We are delighted that British actor, writer and producer Nick Frost will be joining us at HorrorConUK on the 21st & 22nd May 2022!
Nick came to prominence as the gun-mad character Mike Watt in the award-winning Channel 4 sitcom Spaced. He is perhaps best known for 2004 cult zombie film Shaun of the Dead, starring opposite Simon Pegg. In 2007 Nick and Simon teamed up again for the hugely successful hit comedy Hot Fuzz, and in 2013 rounded off ‘The Blood and Ice Cream Trilogy’ with The World’s End. In 2011 Frost & Pegg reunited for sci-fi comedy Paul, which debuted at the top of the UK box office and became an international hit. In the same year he appeared as Ron in the award-winning Attack the Block.
Nick’s extensive film credits include Tomb Raider; The Boat that Rocked; Fighting with my Family; and Horrible Histories: The Movie; as well as the blockbusters Snow White and the Huntsman and The Huntsman: Winter’s War His many television credits include sitcom Black Books, Hyperdrive, Man Stroke Woman, and as ‘Badass Santa’ in the Dr.Who Christmas special. He was a series regular in AMC’s popular show Into the Badlands, and most recently he starred in series The Nevers.
Nick also played the lead role of Gus in Truth Seekers, a series he created and co-wrote for Amazon Prime Video that also featured fellow HorrorConUK guest Malcolm McDowell! Now how’s that for a slice of fried gold?!
