Yes! Children are welcome provided they’re comfortable with the horror atmosphere!
• Children aged 11 & under are admitted free with a paying adult.
• Children aged 14 & under must be accompanied by a paying adult.
• Those aged 15–16 may attend unaccompanied from 11:00am onwards.
Please note that under-18s are not permitted in film screenings due to BBFC classifications.
Yes. Magna Science Adventure Centre is fully accessible. Most of the event is on the ground floor, photo ops are accessible via lift, and disabled parking is available approximately 25 metres from the entrance. Accessible toilets are also on-site.
Yes. Carer passes are available for those who require assistance. Proof of eligibility is required, and passes should be requested in advance by emailing info@horrorconuk.com
Yes, there is plenty of free parking on-site at Magna and in the surrounding areas.
General admission: 11:00am – 6:00pm on both Saturday and Sunday.
Priority ticket holders may enter from 10:00am.
Trader and exhibitor applications are handled via email. Please contact info@horrorconuk.com with details about your business and products. Tables always sell out quickly so we may offer to add you to our waiting list.
Each photo op ticket covers one person only. More than one person may appear in the photo, but each person must have their own ticket. One print per ticket is included. Up to two children under 12 may accompany a paying adult at no extra charge.
Autographs are not pre-sold; they are available to purchase directly from the guest’s table during the event (cash only). Prices are set by each guest’s agent and displayed at their signing area. Photo ops must be pre-booked in advance through the official website.
Yes. You may leave and re-enter throughout the day, provided you keep your wristband.
Event entrance tickets are non-refundable, except in the unlikely event the show is cancelled. In the rare event that a guest is unable to attend and you purchased a photo op, you will automatically receive a full refund. Guest appearances are always contracted, and cancellations are very uncommon at HorrorConUK.
Tickets are available for purchase online in advance. On-the-day ticket availability may be available but not guaranteed, so we recommend buying in advance to secure entry.
Yes. Magna’s café serves a variety of hot and cold meals, drinks, and snacks. They offer gluten-free, vegan, and dairy-free options. If you have a food allergy, intolerance, or special dietary requirement, please inform a member of the café team and ask about the ingredients before ordering.
No. Please plan ahead and bring cash if you want to make purchases from traders or for autographs. Most traders accept cards, but cash is recommended.
Yes. Wi-Fi is available.
Yes, but all bags may be subject to a bag check at the entrance for safety reasons.
Only registered assistance dogs are permitted inside the venue. Other pets are not allowed for health and safety reasons.
There is no cloakroom facility at Magna. Any lost property found during the event will be held by the organisers or Magna.
