Need Some Help?

Attendance

How do I pay for things at the event?

Bring lots of cash! Seriously! There is not a cash machine at the venue.  Also maybe have a wander around before you spend, that way you will have an idea of what you want to spend your money on! Simples! Not all vendors will accept card payments so if you wish to purchase an item from one of the exhibitors on the day we recommend you bring cash with you. If you have a budget, bring that budget with you! The special guest signings take cash only.

Catering services (including the bar) and pay on the day entry tickets are provided by Magna who take digital payments only.

Is there a Cloakroom?

Sorry we do not have a Cloakroom.

Can I Bring a Backpack?

Yes you may bring a back pack, however it maybe subject to a search from the Security team.

But if you’re having trouble finding it, here’s another!
Tickets

Tickets may also be available to purchase on the day from Magna, these will be;

Adult £32 plus £1 booking fee

Youth 12 – 16 years £15 plus £1 booking fee

Child 0-11years free

Tickets will be available to purchase online for the duration of the weekend, unless they sell out.

Can I bring my kids?

Yes! Well, as long as they are a horror lover – Please don’t bring a sensitive child who is likely to get upset at the sight of the various ghouls, demons, zombies, serial killers and bloody monsters roaming the corridors!  We ask that you use your discretion: Does your child really love horror? We have no desire to police or tell parents how to do their job, and we believe that parents have their child’s best interests at heart and know what their child can or can’t handle. BUT please remember the horror world is an adult world – many of the traders stalls will feature graphic merchandise based on horror films, books, special effects etc. and fruity language may be used during Q & A’s and elsewhere!   It’s your call! If they’re happy they are very welcome.  Children aged 11 & under are free with a paying adult. Children 14 & under must be accompanied by a paying adult.  Children aged 15 – 16 years old may attend without adult supervision from 11:00am onwards.  Children under 18 are strictly prohibited from any film screenings.

I don’t have a printer to print out my ticket. What should I do?

We really would prefer you to print out your ticket, but if you can’t get a print out from work, local library, friend or family member’s printer, bring your mobile phone, tablet etc and as long as we can scan the barcode from your device we have no problem!

Do I need to purchase a HorrorConUK ticket to also purchase a photo-op?

Yes. Without a ticket to HorrorConUK you will not be allowed entry into the venue!

Can I bring my dog or pet into HorrorConUK?

Not unless it is a guide dog for the blind or other medical assistance dog or a Special Guest/Exhibitor. If in doubt email us at: info@horrorconuk.com

What do I do if I haven’t received my HorrorConUK ticket? Help!

Tickets in general are electronic and not sent by post. When you order your ticket, you will receive your ticket in an email. All you have to do is print out the ticket and bring it with you. If you don’t receive the email please check and search your Junk/Spam/Deleted folder.  If you ordered a ticket and haven’t received it please get in touch with us before 16th May 2025, after this we may not be able to help, please email us ASAP at Info@HorrorConUK.com.

On arrival at the event we will scan the bar code on the ticket – you will receive a wristband to allow return to the show. Please note: once your ticket has been scanned – it CANNOT be re-used a second time. Please also keep your wristband intact for the duration of the event.

I purchased tickets and now I can’t attend HorrorConUK. Can I get a refund on my tickets?

Unfortunately not.  Like similar events, such as theatre and concerts etc we would only offer you a refund on your ticket if we had to cancel, move the event to another location or if we had to reschedule the event.  Purchased tickets are non-refundable.

How can I request a Guest to attend HorrorConUK in the future?

Please email your request to info@horrorconuk.com. We love to hear your suggestions!  We will always take into account your ideas but sometimes we have already approached the guest and they can’t attend, sometimes we have approached them and they are coming, but you don’t know it yet!
